My name is Rajani Sureshkumar, and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 24 years of nursing experience in the United States and internationally. My clinical background spans a wide range of settings, including mental health, correctional care, and other diverse healthcare environments, allowing me to support individuals with varied and complex needs.
My passion for mental health and dedication to serving diverse and underserved communities led me to pursue advanced practice as a PMHNP. I genuinely value meeting patients where they are in their journey and providing care that is compassionate, respectful, and individualized.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults across all stages of mental health care. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward stability, healing, and improved quality of life.
